At Mails2inbox, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. If for any reason you decide to cancel your server order before it gets processed and activated, we will issue a partial refund based on our decision.
Once the service has been delivered and used, no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. We will strive to process any eligible refunds promptly.
